With Brexit delayed, we have seen market sentiment improve over the past two weeks. A steady line of enquiries from home owners especially from the family market have been an encouraging sign that many families are looking to secure a long term home where they are able to put down firm roots. School places and ease of access to a chosen school weighs so choosing a new home with these considerations in mind seems to be the main issues concerning those looking to move. With attractive mortgage rates and first time buyer tax relief there has also been a resurgence of first time buyers looking to secure their first home. In addition to sale our rental market has also remained robust and continued to show signs that rental market is still making a good investment for many of our landlords.
With Easter Bank Holiday looming, we are all looking forward to a well-deserved break. Remember our website is updated regularly and we have many new exciting properties coming to market and our website will be updated regularly over the bank holiday, when our website will be most visited.
Wishing you a Very Happy Easter and a restful break!
