Established 1993
I started my career as an enthusiastic sales negotiator working for The Prudential on the Askew Road at the age of 18, I then went on to work for various corporate agents in Chiswick and Hammersmith. This experience and knowledge allowed me to fill the gap in the market for a client focused local Estate agency in Shepherd’s Bush and Hammersmith.
In September 1993 I opened the doors of my own office at 75 Goldhawk Road, it was mid-way the property recession – it was really hard work however, by opening the business at this time, it gave me the incentive and resilience required for success.
Over the coming years, the agency built a long-standing client base and a reputation as a trustworthy and reliable estate agency, with knowledgeable, technically proficient and highly professional staff who, I am delighted and proud to say, remain loyal with many of the staff being with us for over 25 years.
Humble beginnings
Looking back from those humble beginnings I still run the company with the same commitment, to continue to serve and loyalty to clients and am assisted by my exceptional team, many of which have been with me for over years and most of whom have lived or still live in the area.Retaining our independent status, we are a firm that cares about our clients' interests and how best to support and advise them especially in challenging economic times.

Our area has undergone a substantial redevelopment and growth, the redevelopment of Westfield and the regeneration of Kings Street has made this part of London a highly desirable area for young professionals, academics, overseas students and young families.
With a now busy Lettings and Property Management Department our momentous move to our unique offices at 77 Goldhawk Road in 2015 was celebrated to accommodate our expanding team, making us one of the most established and leading agents in West London. Originally the British Prince Public House, this magnificent building had been part of the Shepherd’s Bush community since 1898. Its unique strategic location is moments away from Shepherds Bush Station, Goldhawk Road Station, Hammersmith Grove, and Shepherds Bush Road which is accessible for all.
