Supporting Landlords through the Maze of Renting Regulations

Our lettings department have hit the ground running since the start of 2022.

As rising demand for good quality rental properties continues, the shortage of available properties remain in low supply particularly in Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith.
Andrew Teague Lettings Manager at Kerr and Co - has advice to anyone thinking of renting - ''It couldn’t be a better time to rent your property,  we have a number of seasoned quality tenants on our applicant list. Demand at a record high and we are delighted that  our clients properties are let within hours of being listed"

The government changes relating to landlord regulations have not discouraged landlords investing, instead they continue to see a healthy return on their investments and rents, as London's rental stock fell dramatically over the last 12 months according to studies carried out by ARLA Propertymark. This has been echoed by the recent English Housing Survey released in December 2021, they found there is a clear difference between London and the rest of England - 27% of properties are rented privately in the capital, versus 17% in the rest of the UK.

We offer a fully comprehensive managed service and a full landlord rental service,  either way Kerr and Co are well placed to support our landlords.  With a substantial department of dedicated lettings negotiators and experienced property managers we have a wealth knowledge of the W12, W6, W4, W3 and surrounding areas. All these areas have seen a sharp rise in rental market throughout the last quarter of 2021 and we’re continuing to see prices rise sharply in the first quarter of 2022

If you are an existing landlord or new to renting out your property, our experienced Lettings and Management team can guide you through the maze of regulations as we have a collective 70 years of experience and knowledge in the area and are flexible enough to adapt your circumstances.
