The last 18 months haven't changed the imbalance between supply and demand, there is still an appetite for bigger homes and  there is never enough stock of good quality homes, especially in the numerous outstanding local schools catchment areas, fantastic roads and shopping facilities as well as a great travel network with links to North, South East and West London.
