News from our Lettings Department

After 18 years we are sadly saying au revoir to Sean Kerr, our Lettings Manager, as he embarks on a well deserved sabbatical as he travels the world with his wife Siobhan. We are grateful for all the hard work, dedication and support he has given Kerr and Co over the years. Sean built the Lettings Department up from 10 - 15 properties to a team of 5 people letting and managing well over 300 properties each year. The success of the Lettings Department and the Property Management department is testament to Sean’s hard work and his dedicated team. We wish him well as he embarks on his 12 month journey and expect regular updates of on his travels as well as gifts from all parts of the world he travels to.

We are delighted to announce that Andrew Teague is to become the new Lettings Manager from January 2019. Andrew joined Kerr and Co in 2007 as part of our busy Sales Department and proved to be a successful Sales Negotiator. He has always shown a flare for Lettings and has working closely with the lettings department, often advising clients looking to invest in the property market. Andrew has a wealth of experience and knowledge and has been working closely with Sean and Audrey to ensure a seamless transition to Lettings and is excited to drive the lettings department forward.
