West 12 Centre Owner Reveals Radical Redevelopment Plans
Landsec, owner of the West 12 Shopping Centre has revealed radical plans for the site on the south side of Shepherd's Bush Green, including demolition of half of the building and redeveloping the site with a new supermarket, 700 new homes new retail and green space to improve the area For more information https://s3-eu-west-1.
New Cinema and Homes in King Street Hammersmith
The latest proposals to build a new cinema and what H&F Council describes as 'genuinely affordable' homes in the western end of King Street have been given the go ahead.
It proposals also include plans for the transformation of Hammersmith Town Hall into a modern public building at the heart of the community, with the demolition of the unloved sixties extension. https://www.lbhf.
