We would like to wish everyone a very Happy Christmas and all the best for 2023.  

In 2023 we are celebrating our 30 Year Anniversary as one of the most experienced Independent Estate Agents in West London giving us not only an in-depth and wealth of knowledge and experience of the area - but also the competitive edge to share and support your next move.

Although its been a year contradictions and change, on the whole we have seen market activity remain resilient in Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith . Despite the unsettled remaining 3 months of 2022 we have helped a several of our clients exchange and complete on their purchases.  Rentals has see a surge in demand, something which has not been seen in recent times and has put pressure on both landlords and tenants .  Our expects in property management have helped our clients keep up with demand and our Lettings Department have exceeded expectations for both tenants and landlords.

If moving is on your new years list - please keep in contact, our website is constantly updated with new properties coming on the market - especially if you had your moving plans put on hold in the autumn, we are hopeful that 2023 will bring new opportunities for you to explore.
