Fred Durden

With property development in my blood I joined Kerr and Co as a junior sales and lettings negotiator. After A levels I had various jobs in the hospitality Industry, but then came to realise property was something I had a passion for. I grew up and went to school in Ealing and live locally so know West London extremely well. I enjoy meeting new people and with my customer service background I feel I can provide a genuine, helpful experience to landlords and tenants. I am often the first port of call for any new enquiries, and I enjoy matching applicants to properties, conducting viewings and arranging lets.

When not in the office, I enjoy travelling and working on small property projects, with my dad and in my quieter moments, I enjoy boxing and watching Brentford FC or playing football locally .
