Job Role: I joined Kerr & Co back in 2001 and in 2004 was promoted to Sales Manager. My role is varied and can be extraordinarily busy overseeing the sales department at Kerr and Co. I am fortunate to have exceptionally talented and long serving staff who are highly motivated and have genuine local knowledge and in depth understanding of the local market. In my tenure we have seen Kerr and Co rise to be one of the best known local agents with a phenomenal track record which I am pleased to say has not been surpasses. Over the years I have advised some of the country’s leading and largest property companies on asset management, disposal and acquisitions.
Hobbies: I am married with two daughters which is a full time taxi drivers job in its own right! I have lived in Shepherd’s Bush since 1998 and prior to that in various European cities and various parts of the UK. One of the main attractions that lead me to Shepherd’s Bush was the promise of what was to come. These days Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush is a microcosm of Central London - we are fortunate to have everything on our door step as well as exceptional transport network. From international cuisine, theatre, internationally acclaimed live music venues, numerous parks, a world class shopping centre as well as some excellent yet modest independent shops and boutiques as well as a rapidly growing commercial and research centre - we have everything on our door step. Hence the reason I have put down roots locally having lead a fairly nomadic lifestyle as a teenager and young adult.
